My name is Jeani and I am a classically trained chef. When I met my wife, I was introduced to the words “Gluten Free”. At the time I had no idea what that meant. Now, over a decade later, our entire kitchen is gluten free. All of our creations are gluten free and lovingly taste tested by my celiac wife.
On this blog we are hoping to create a space for knowledge and community. We will talk about cooking tips and tricks, ingredients, techniques, how to eat safely when traveling… basically how to navigate being gluten free in a gluten filled world. Let this be a place for discussion. Let’s talk!
